| Description: | From 28th annual Odawa Homecoming Pow Wow Website: The 28th annual Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Homecoming Pow Wow kicked off on Saturday, Aug. 10. The annual tradition and event runs through Sunday, Aug. 11 at the pow wow grounds in Harbor Springs.
Aside from the dancing and dance contests, the powwow also will be home to multiple tribal craft vendors, who will be selling their goods, and multiple food vendors. There will be raffle tickets available for people to purchase with a number of different prizes to win as well.
The powwow is always free and open to the public and will take place Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 10-11, at the tribal powwow grounds in Harbor Springs on Pleasantview Road.
