Friday, Sept 24 - Students, Vendors and Volunteers Only
8 am Festival office opens
8:30 am Shearing School students check in
9 am Shearing School begins
12:00 pm Shearing School lunch break begins
1 pm Shearing School resumes
1 pm Vendor set-up begins
4 pm Shearing School ends
7:30 Vendor set-up ends

Saturday Sept 25 - Open To The Public
7 am Festival office opens
7 - 8:45 am Vendor set-up
9 am - 12 pm Morning Fiber Classes
9 am Vendor Halls open, Hospitality Area opens
9-11 am Drop off items for the "Make it Red" contest in Hospitality
12-2:30 pm Voting for the " Make it Red" contest in Hospitality
1-4 pm Afternoon Fiber Classes
4 pm Winners announced for the "Make it Red" contest; pick up entries in Hospitality
5 pm Vendor booths and Hospitality close
6 pm Vendor Dinner (2 people from each vendor booth are invited)

Sunday, Sept 26 - Open To The Public
8:30 am Festival office opens
9 am - 12 pm Morning Fiber Classes
10 am Vendor Halls and Hospitality Area open, Scavenger Hunt begins
10:30 am Sheep and Pasture Management Seminars begin
1-4 pm Afternoon Fiber Classes
1 pm Pasture Tour bus leaves
1 pm "I Can Spin Anything" contest in Hospitality Area
3 pm Scavenger Hunt ends; winners drawn and announced
4 pm Vendor booths close, Hospitality Area closes
4:30 pm Pasture Tour bus returns
5 pm 2016 Northern Michigan Lamb and Wool Festival closes.
