| Description: | From Carson City Frontier Days Website: The 2015 festival is one that you will not want to miss! Our focus again this year is to offer all of the events throughout the festival weekend to be totally free to all in attendance. FREE FAMILY FRIENDLY FUN is our mission! We are excited to be hosting the 10th Hot Air Balloon Shoot-Out this year. The skies will be filled with familiar hot air balloons as well as a few new ones. The pilots are excited to be coming back and are hoping to give you a good show!
Also back this year is Kids' Heath and Safety Day. We have added a few new offerings at this event that will be interactive. Also returning this year will be the Community Picnic on Thursday evening, the Outdoor Movie on Friday night, the 5K and Kids' Zone and Family Fun area on Saturday, and of course the fireworks to finish the night.
