| Description: | An original play written by our own Shannon Piper! Its business as usual in the kitchen at the up and coming restaurant Bello Pesto, until an esteemed food critic decides to pop in unexpectedly, while on a food tour across the country. Famous for his make or break reviews, the staff at Bello Pesto goes into a frenzy to please. But of course, the best laid plans get waylaid when the hostess gets an allergic reaction, the chef comes down with spontaneous amnesia and the wait staff suddenly cracks under the pressure.
