The Annual Irish Festival Craft Show will be held at the Clare Primary School from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday, March 17TH, 2007. As always, we expect record crowds, as the festival draws many visitors to Clare each year. The parade is Saturday at noon, and many other events as well are scheduled within the vicinity near the show. | 1. All craft shows are juried; crafts must be hand-made and designed originals. No manufactured, mass produced, or kits will be allowed. There will be a jury monitoring each show, and should your items not be as pictured in your photo and if mass-produced items or manufactured items are found, you will be asked to leave. Please do not put any of us in this awkward position. We pride our shows on being what we advertise; please adhere to these rules, and if your crafts do not apply, do not expect to display them here. 2. Food crafts may be accepted, but food concession will not. 3. Advertising is done by the Clare Area Chamber of Commerce. Also for the Irish show, by the Irish Festival Committee. Advertising includes state periodicals, several Internet websites, independent craft books, newspapers, TV, and radio, as well as flyers & mailers. We do our best to promote you. 4. All outdoor shows are rain or shine; you should be prepared for inclement weather. In the event of cancellations, no-shows, or inclement weather, refunds will not be given. 5. Restroom facilities will be available in the school during the Irish Craft Show, and portable lavatories are available on-site for the outdoor shows. 6. No pets allowed at any show. No exceptions. No smoking on the grounds of any show. 7. If you leave early, you will not be allowed back in the show in the future. 8. There is no overnight camping in or around the City Park. 9. No setup is allowed until vehicle is fully unloaded and moved. 10. There is no parking by crafters near the show venue. Signs will be posted to mark designated vendor parking. 11. Please be sure to bring capable help for unloading and loading your crafts if you have physical restrictions that will not allow you to do this by yourself. | ||
